Care Coordination is a one-on-one holistic and client-centered intervention. The Youth or family will work with a Care Coordinator to identify areas for support such as stress reduction, understanding the coming out process, employability, college applications, family conflict, and school concerns.
A collaboration between The Alliance and Pridelines. This program offers services to GLBTQ youth experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness.
Families can choose to work one-on-one with a Family Specialist and/or attend a Parent Support Group. These services assist families in need of support understanding their child's sexual orientation/gender identity.
Trainings designed to prevent negative health outcomes caused by discrimination and stigma of GLBTQ identity, to increase knowledge of GLBTQ youth issues, and to create strategies to effectively intervene harassing/bullying behaviors. Trainings tailored to the setting and the audience needs.
ChangeMakers is a Summer Leadership Institute providing youth the opportunity to develop as leaders, critical thinkers, and community activists.
