To establish, maintain and promote a quality symphony orchestra program in south Florida comprised of youths up to 21 years of age; To foster the access to musical training to all students ages 4-21 without regard to race, color or creed, developing the total child with positive life skills, through music; To encourage public participation and sponsorship in the youth orchestra program, and render to the community a quality cultural and educational service.
