Sofia's Hope, Inc. is designed to give children with cancer and their families hope, strength and guidance as they start this journey. Through this organization we hope to be able to: Raise Pediatric Cancer awareness and the fact that children are dying every day waiting for promising new treatments, Fund pediatric cancer research and advances in treatment, especially as it relates to their long-term effects (including prevention, detection and treatment), Help fund programs that have been proven to enhance the quality of life of children with cancer (ie, equestrian lessons, art lessons, etc.) Sofia's Hope, Inc. is dedicated to the over 13,000 children diagnosed each year with cancer and their families!

Each month Sofia’s Hope in conjunction with ClayWorld will expose these children to a different medium in the hopes it will inspire creativity and help each child focus on something beautiful rather than on the ugliness of being ill and undergoing treatment. Currently we have 5 sessions a month at MCH, BCH, and UM Holtz.
Zoo Miami Adopt-an-Animal Gift Bags
Give children in treatment adopt-an-animal gift bag with stuffed animal, adoption certificate, pictures, subscription to Zoo Miami newsletter and FREE annual family membership. Dsitributed to patients at MCH, BCH and UM/Holtz.
Newly Diagnosed Family Kits
Welcome kits to pediatric cancer are put together and distributed to families at MCH and Baptist.
Free riding lessons for children in treatment and bi-annual half day horse camp
