Palmetto Middle School is a public neighborhood school located in Pinecrest, Florida. Our school is in a beautiful neighborhood and often people are surprised to hear that 41% of our students qualify for free or reduced lunch. Palmetto Middle School's PTSA ("PMSPTSA") is proud to serve Palmetto Middle School. This year marks our 53rd year of dedication to enriching the educational environment and supporting various needs at our school. Our vision, mission, and purposes are: VISION · To Make Every Child’s Potential a Reality MISSION · To Be A Powerful Voice For ALL CHILDREN · To Be A Relevant Resource For Families & Communities · To Be A Strong Advocate For The Education & Well-Being Of Every Child PURPOSES · To Promote The Welfare Of Children & Youth In The Home, School, & Community · To Raise The Standard Of Home-Life · To Secure Laws For The Care & Protection Of Children & Youth · To Bring Into Closer Relation the Home & the School.
