New World School of the Arts is a Florida Center of Excellence in the Visual and Performing Arts. Presented by the music theater NWSA High School students, the musical comedy Bye Bye Birdie takes us back in time to see the heart throb and rock star Conrad Birdie’s farewell kiss to a small-town American girl after his induction into the U.S. Army upsets the life of his manager and breaks the hearts of teenage girls everywhere. A classic American musical that truly explores our fascination with celebrities.

NWSA High School and College Programs
NWSA is a 4 year high school and 4 year college program in the areas of Dance, Music, Theater and Visual Arts. The high school diploma is granted through Miami-Dade County Public Schools, the Associate of Arts degree through Miami Dade College and the Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of music degrees through the University of Florida.
