Faith Based Organizations
The National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) is a grassroots organization of volunteers and advocates who turn progressive ideals into action. Inspired by Jewish values, NCJW strives for social justice by improving the quality of life for women, children, and families and by safeguarding individual rights and freedoms. We are educating Floridians about Amendment 4 - Rights Restoration. We fundraise and provide uniform shirts to students at Fienberg Fisher K-8 Center on Miami Beach. We make blankets each month for cancer patients at Mt. Sinai Cancer Treatment Center. We educate people about the importance of the courts - we have a program coming up called "You Be The Judge - Why the Courts Matter" on October 23.
