Generation recruits, trains, and places young people in jobs. In Miami, Generation offers training in customer service and technology professions, serving unemployed and underemployed young adults ages 18-29. It’s part of a network of Generation programs in the US that has graduated more than 800 students in less than two years, with an 80% job placement rate and 97% of employers saying they would hire Generation graduates again. We work with high-profile employers like InterContinental, Office Depot, Inktel, CVS, Navarro, and Goodwill Industries. Globally, Generation offers programs in 15 professions across 50+ program sites in 23+ cities in five countries—India, Kenya, Mexico, Spain, and the United States.
