Little Revolt’s mission is to provide community learning opportunities in theater and the arts. We foster creativity and develop skills and strengths among children and adults, including under-served populations, through outreach, learning workshops, hands-on participation, and performance; this also includes focusing on work that is part of student curricula.
Theater Builds Character. Little Revolt utilizes theater and art to engage youth, adults and seniors. Our youth enrichment programs build confidence, improve focus, develop creativity and more.
Stories and Shakes builds an outdoor creative community for children and adults. Join us for storytelling, family entertainment, Shakespeare and more. Plus be part of the fun by participating in our Shakespeare performance workshops (for teens and adults).

Youth Enrichment Programs
In-School Classic Theater (Shakespeare) Residencies – Little Revolt teaching artists will devote from 1 to 3 months in the classroom, focusing on Shakespeare (or other classical theater) text and performance. The residency culminates in a student performance. Programs can be customized for all age levels. Our focus is on getting students out of their desks and up on their feet -- and to have Shakespeare's words spoken and performed.
Little Revolt also offers an in-school Literary Arts Immersion program which helps to bring a text to life in the classroom. This unique program involves students in an immersive in-classroom experience around an assigned text (with actors, costumes, etc.). The program also includes an idea session with students to shape how the story comes to life.
Shakespeare Camp for Teens – Get ready for a fabulous camp. Details will be announced soon. Activities will focus on Shakespeare performance and practices, understanding text, acting, stage combat, costuming and more. The camp will culminate in a student performance (open to the public).
