Civic Engagement
A leading non-profit global human rights organization, the South Florida based Harvey Milk Foundation has over a half a decade of success in empowering local, regional, national, and global LGBT inclusive minority community collaboration. Using Harvey Milk's story, style, and relationship building - our unqualified success has been bold as Harvey taught us! Producing high visibility events from the White House to the EU Parliament and seen on national and international broadcast television, we are creating long term effective change on five continents, not simply on the tolerance of diversity but the acceptance and celebration of a diverse humanity, where all individuals -- gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, racial and ethnic minorities, the elderly, the young, the disabled --all who have been excluded and marginalized, can collaborate so that everyone has full participation in all societal rights, without exception.
