Path to Success
Path to Success (P2S) Path to Success is a mentorship program where the goal is to have 100% of the students graduate high school. Students and families are referred to academic, sports, enrichment and parenting programming to improve child's academics and behavior. This is done by empowering the youth to take responsibility for their education and providing encouragement and guidance to all children. Path to Success focuses on two schools in the South Dade area; Laura C. Saunders Elementary and Campbell Drive K-8 Center. Students from both schools participate in the Himan Brown Afterschool program. Path to Success works with students from the ages 7-14 years old that are bilingual and multiracial reflecting the Homestead/Florida City community. Path to Success is not just a program, it is a journey.

Youth Development Sports and Mentorship
enFAMILIA's Sports/Mentoring Program was established to serve our community's youth. At enFAMILIA, we understand how important it is for our youth to establish social bonds with peers and adults who are willing to assist them in overcoming adversity and guide them towards a successful future. Our coaches are trained to create a safe and pleasant environment, to coach trauma-sensitive youth. Our coaches are able to empathize with the circumstances that come with being raised in a low-socioeconomic community and are motivated to utilize their own experiences to mentor and create success stories; we are motivated to witness our youth excel and become the future leaders of America. (At the present Basketball and soccer are being offered).
