First-time juvenile misdemeanor offenders (participants) are afforded a sentencing hearing conducted by youth volunteers serving as attorneys, jurors, bailiffs, and clerks.
Once a youth becomes a volunteer; teens can participate as a defense or prosecuting attorney, juror, clerk, and/or a bailiff. Artistry Men & Women Tomorrow

Artistry young men of Tomorrow is a mentoring program designed to serve young men in our organization. Behind every fact is a live. Behind every statistic is a history. Behind every expression is a young person whose future will be lost if something is not done immediately to change his or her reality. And when it comes to young men, the numbers are staggering and the reality is
sobering.
Young Women of Tomorrow
One of the goals of the organization is to combat the psychological effects of the disproportionate number of negative images of young women depicted in the media and make a difference in the lives of young women who are most affected by this one sided imagery.
