Achieve Miami is dedicated to fostering a transformational educational ecosystem in Miami. Together with partners from the public and private sector, Achieve Miami designs and manages programs that extend learning opportunities for students, teachers and education leaders. Our programs are community-based in partnership with elementary sites, engage over 1000 students from over 50 public and private South Florida schools.

Achieve Saturdays is a unique Saturday experience where “little buddies” in grades 2-5 read, write, and share with their “big buddy” mentors. Mentors are high performing students from neighborhood private and public high schools dedicated to help young students fall in love with reading, build meaningful relationships, and grow as leaders and readers.
Achieve Summers is a 5 week summer experience for rising 1st – 5th graders that combats summer slide with rigorous and engaging academics and a mentoring program. Educators at Achieve Summers are empowered to explore innovative approaches to student learning and take on leadership roles. High school students hone their leadership skills by working with peers from a cross-section of schools to plan and deliver an enrichment program.
UP! Music provides elementary school students with access to high quality music education with an emphasis on music theory, creation and performance. Students at partner sites engage in daily after school music instruction, practice and performance. Each week students perform for their families at a "music meal".
College Readiness Cohort
Achieve Miami’s College Readiness Cohort (CRC) is designed to provide guidance, resources and experiences that strengthen students' awareness, access, and engagement in college readiness habits and skills. After an intensive 5-week jump start at Achieve Summer, cohorts meet weekly to complete ACT prep, participate in monthly readiness workshops and engage as mentors on Achieve Saturdays.
